Complaints Policy

All Atomo Properties agents are licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and operate under the REAA Code of Professional Conduct and Client Care.

All Real Estate agents must have procedures for handling complaints in accordance with the 2008 Act, which provides transparency and fair processes for all involved with the complaint.

We value you as our customer and expect you to be happy with everything we do, particularly our professional service and management of your listing.

If you are not happy with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to first discuss the issue with the agent or staff member you have been dealing with.

If the complaint is not satisfied, the mater may be referred in writing to the Director, Campbell Venning; campbell@atomo.properties.

Our complaints procedure follows the guidelines provided in accordance with Rule 10 Real Estate Agents Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care Rules) 2008.
